What began with one employee is now one of India’s top 5 home tutoring platforms, with: • A community of 2+ lakh teachers • 65,000+ students served across India • A passionate, all-women core team of 25 • 20,000+ teaching opportunities created I am proud to be bootstrapped, built ground-up through purpose, passion, and persistence. From day one, I’ve believed in the power of women-led change. Every single member of our core team is a woman - they don’t just work at HomeShiksha; they lead it. But the journey didn’t stop with home and online tutoring. I saw a deeper gap: inclusive learning for special needs children. This led to the birth of ShadowShiksha - a new vertical providing special educators and shadow teachers for children who learn differently. We’re not just offering support; we’re walking beside parents, guiding them through every challenge, every milestone. I grew up in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, inspired by my father who taught me that no barrier is permanent. After graduating from DSI, Bangalore, I started my career at Accenture as a System Engineer with a salary of ₹17,000/month. Today, I run 8-figure education ventures across 8 cities in India, offered 2 franchise’s - all bootstrapped, all purpose-driven. I’m deeply grateful to the universe - I believe that when you give your 100%, it conspires to deliver everything you dream of. The journey is just beginning. And the ending? Always bright.
