I’m a founder(exited), operator, and scale-stage leader with a passion for building companies that matter. My career spans large enterprises and early-stage startups, giving me a nuanced understanding of what it takes to go from zero to one. And then from one to many. Over the years, I’ve founded, re-founded, scaled (and once failed) various ventures, mentored dozens of startups, and helped founders crack their US and global go-to-market strategies. And learnt the undeniable truth - above all else, the power of people, relationships and bold ideas will drive the future. ‘I’ before ‘AI’, so to speak. I love innovation, creativity, and technology—and the powerful possibilities that emerge when these intersect. Constantly curious, energized by people, and deeply committed to building responsibly, especially in the age of AI. 25 years in this space and I’m still as excited as I was at the start of my career. And thanks to them, it ended up being an informal Advanced Management Course (AMP) as it has helped hone my skills in Research, Problem Solving, Multitasking, Time-management, Negotiation, Conflict Management and Empathy.
  • I also used this time to mentor and provide strategic advice to various companies, from early stage start-ups to established businesses experiencing growing pains. The wisdom that comes with hindsight as it were.
