I work on brands from the inside out. My work sits at the intersection of consumer behaviour, culture, and brand strategy. Over the years, I’ve worked across qualitative research, strategic planning, brand consulting, app design, and content — always with a hands-on, practical approach. I work with organisations to build brands that make sense in the way people actually live — not how frameworks imagine they do. My experience spans FMCG, fintech, D2C, B2B, and healthcare, across mass and premium segments. Clients include HUL, Swiggy, Aditya Birla Group, GVK Group, BookMyShow, Piramal Healthcare, among others. I’ve worked with brands at very different stages — from ideas still on the drawing board, to businesses operating in mature, competitive markets. My work inevitably begins with; Understanding the business. Understanding the consumer. Understanding the cultural context. Only then do I define positioning, purpose, and the organising idea for the brand. A big part of my work is identifying the right brand archetype and helping teams bring it to life — not just in communication, but in products, services, behaviour, and everyday decisions. I work closely with client teams through workshops and co-creation, translating strategy into things people actually experience — product design, service journeys, UI/UX, content, call-centre scripts, and organisational culture. I also work on capability building, helping teams learn how to observe consumers, map journeys, prototype, and build judgement — so brand thinking stays inside the organisation.
