About

As Chief Sustainability Officer for Amazon, I lead the Worldwide Sustainability team, overseeing the company’s transition to more sustainable operations, transport, renewable energy, sustainable products, packaging and shopping, and our commitment to The Climate Pledge, which we co-founded in 2019 and set our intention to be net-zero carbon by 2040. Throughout my career, I've worked across local & federal government, global NGOs, and run a public-private venture in Silicon Valley during the first wave of tech 1.0 ventures. More recently, my focus has been on driving connections at the intersection of science, consumer products, technology, and sustainability. I currently serve on the Boards of Water.org and Stolen Youth,
