• Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Ltd.(IRSDC), which is a joint venture company of IRCON International Limited(IRCON-a Govt.of India Undertaking,under Ministry of Railways)and Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA- a statutory authority under Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India). IRSDC has been already entrusted with development/re-development of 12 Railway Stations all over India and it is expected to get entrusted of more Railway Stations in upcoming year. There is also a proposal to revive existing underutilized Ring Railway with its stations in Delhi, on the principles of Transit Oriented Development( TOD).
• IRSDC is planning station development and re- development projects on PPP mode by leveraging commercial development on land around the station and airspace above Railway track. The revenues generation from real estates commercial development will be utilized for station development /re-development as well as operation & maintenance.
• IRSDC is also likely to announce International Design Competition for 5 major Railway Stations,

• I will be advising DDA to establish a Master Plan Information System which will be hosted on web.So that common people can understand and decipher technical document like Master Plan,Zonal Plans for their use. This will also help an initiative of Govt. Of India on 'ease of doing business'. Target group is common man,Architects,Engineers,Investors and Local Bodies those who are engaged in building activities.It will also create a sort of FAQ (frequently asked questions) on Master Plan for Delhi 2021.

• With a view to enhance mobility, reduce congestion and to promote traffic safety by adopting standard transport planning practices, capacity building, enforcement measures, road safety audits, traffic engineering practices and better organizational co-ordination for improved traffic management by efficient lane capacity and work zone management, utilities coordination, developing traffic culture and avoiding transport planning pitfalls in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Unified Traffic and Transportation Infrastructure (Planning & Engineering) Centre is set up by Delhi Development Authority
• Recently DDA has notified "Transit Oriented Development(TOD) on 14th July 2015.It envisages intensive development along metro corridor with mix uses,zero discharge and energy efficient development.It was a high point of my career to be a part of a team which worked on TOD policy.
