About

🎮 Just a passionate gamer working with passionate game makers 🎮 I’m a people-first talent professional with a deep passion for games and the people who make them. Over the years, I’ve helped build international teams across every corner of development, from design and art to engineering, production, and more, both as an in-house recruiter and as an external recruitment partner. In-house, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with incredible studios like Electric Square, Lively, and Gunzilla Games. As an external partner, I’ve supported a wide range of global studios across roles at all levels and disciplines. Open, honest, and proactive by nature, I care deeply about building genuine relationships, delivering great candidate experiences, and making hiring feel human. I’m equally passionate about supporting the next generation, having worked with countless students and universities across the UK to deliver career advice, mentorship, and outreach talks. I'm currently working as the Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist with Cast Iron Games - a studio working on some truly exciting things. Watch this space...! Let’s chat! 😊 ⬆️⬆️⬇️⬇️⬅️➡️⬅️➡️🅱️🅰️ (If you know, you know 😉)
