I’m Jack, one of the two owners of Cloud Decisions, a specialist cloud talent partner with over a decade of experience working with Microsoft Partners and multi-cloud services providers. We operate exclusively in the cloud, and deliver tailored talent solutions to the IT/cloud services sector. I’m 8x cloud certified and invest heavily in understanding the technologies and ecosystems our partners operate in so we can engage at a strategic level, not just a hiring one. Over the years, we’ve supported cloud businesses through multiple growth phases, helping shape leadership teams and long-term hiring strategy as they scale.
