After facing many challenges and overcoming setbacks in numerous job interviews, I finally landed my dream job at Google as a People Operations Specialist in Leadership Roles. Then came the layoffs, and I found myself caught up in it. Instead of letting it knock me down, I decided to rethink my career and pursue my true passion. Helping people is what gets me out of bed every morning; it's my driving force. As they say in Colombia: "If you don't live to serve, you don't serve to live."
