After spending over 15 years in Insights and gaining a better understanding of the consumer psyche, I'm blessed to have been able to transition into my current Innovations role at the Mastercard Experience Center. I'm no longer involved in research but I'm still utilizing those skills to connect the dots and support customers' understanding of technology trends. As a member of Mastercard Foundry, I'm here to discover, ideate, and provide a perspective of the role technology can play in future experiences. Excited to be able to share the Mastercard story, connecting with customers and partners to shape the future of commerce.
