For over two decades, I have worked with organizations, institutions, and innovation ecosystems across Europe, Asia, and the USA as a thinking partner who brings the dimensions that discipline-specific training is structurally designed to filter out. Leaders leave our conversations with a clearer picture of where they actually are, what they are actually building, and what the next decade actually demands of them. My method is polymathy: the deliberate cultivation of multidimensional thinking across domains, time horizons, and knowledge systems. I research it, write about it, and apply it โ to education design, foresight-informed strategy, talent development, and cross-sector advisory work. I serve as Director of Foresight & Risk Intelligence at Polymathic Futures, collaborating with scientists and researchers on research-driven foresight and risk analysis for institutions navigating long-horizon complexity. My books โ "Why Polymaths?" and "Future of Work: From Industrial to Polymath Mindset" โ and my forthcoming "Leaners: Forgotten History and Untold Futures of Education" map the intellectual and civilizational case for integrative thinking at this particular moment in history. My formation spans linguistics, pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, futures studies, world and art history, Asian studies, and anthropology. I work across six languages, including Sanskrit โ each one a different aperture onto the world's deep intellectual traditions.
