About

Hi, I’m Anil. I’ve spent the last 19 years moving through different corners of tech. I started as a developer, then moved into consulting, leadership, and team-building across companies like HP, Accenture, Appirio, and Horizontal Digital. Each role brought growth. Each challenge brought clarity. But somewhere along the way, I stopped wanting to just consult. I wanted to build. Something I could pour my heart into. Something that felt like a long-term partnership, not a transaction. Something where excellence came not just from process but from people who truly care. That’s why I started MIDCAI. We’re a MarTech, Data, CRM, and AI consulting company, but more than that, we’re trying to be the kind of partner we always wished we had. Precise in our thinking. Fast without being reckless. Human, always. I believe in leading by example. In building teams that trust each other. And in showing up with clarity, even when things get messy. Outside of work, I dream of giving a TEDx talk, and I’m deeply invested in growing Jaipur’s tech ecosystem. This new chapter feels honest. It feels right. And I’m excited to build what’s next. If you’re curious about what we’re building at MIDCAI or just want to connect, I’m only a DM away. Cheers, Anil
