As Leader of Human Resources for Koch, I partner directly with our business and capability groups across the globe to connect all of the diverse industries that make up the Koch portfolio to our shared vision. We are focused on helping make every employee better. We do this by walking alongside our supervisors as they lead, develop and motivate each team member to continuously self-actualize. That also means focusing on key areas outside of work, too. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two beautiful girls, my greatest accomplishments and source of tremendous joy. We have lived all over the United States and just recently moved back to Wichita, Kansas, after living in Atlanta for the last 13 years. We are now empty nesters and learning to adjust to this new season of life and enjoying being back in the Wichita area.
