About

As Leader of Human Resources for Koch, I partner directly with our business and capability groups across the globe to connect all of the diverse industries that make up the Koch portfolio to our shared vision. The human resource capability helps advance our business visions and strategies while accelerating the application of the Koch framework, Principle Based Management™. We are focused on helping make every employee better. We do this by walking alongside our supervisors as they lead, develop and motivate each team member to continuously self-actualize. This requires a dedicated focus on the attraction, selection, development and retention of contribution-motivated individuals to create an inclusive environment where everyone can realize their potential and create the greatest value. Our culture has high expectations for supervisors and requires leaders make people their priority. Continually learning and applying Principle Based Management enables us all to create long-term value; increasing the quality and speed of decision making by empowering each individual to operate like an owner through Principled Entrepreneurship. Being part of Koch has provided opportunities beyond my imagination. Part of self-actualizing for me is modeling the way forward for my team, my customers, my peers and our communities. That also means focusing on key areas outside of work, too. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two beautiful girls, my greatest accomplishments and source of tremendous joy. We have lived all over the United States and just recently moved back to Wichita, Kansas, after living in Atlanta for the last 13 years. We are now empty nesters and learning to adjust to this new season of life and enjoying being back in the Wichita area. I am also an avid Tennessee Volunteer fan and support them through the good times and the not so good times. For more information and updates about our company follow Koch on LinkedIn.
