• 1) Took ownership of the Ambassador Program's user dashboard. • 2) Built a high-converting landing page for the Ambassador Program. The conversion rates went from 2.57% to > 15% within 3 months of going live with the new landing page.

• 4) Automated email sequence to get happy customers to leave Trustpilot feedback, which helped us generate a high trust score of > 4.5 and above
