• In Engineering, our teams are tasked with supporting our biggest SaaS products and continue their delivery of value to our Enterprise customers. This included traditional teams in spaces like Salesforce but also spearheading a new Platform Engineering practice to leverage our footprints in Google Cloud and AWS.
• In Data, we are building an entirely new data practice/strategy as well as a team from the ground up with the goal to provide new insights, new opportunities, and new value to our customers and our organization. This includes the fundamentals of building a data platform and defining the tech stack as well as overall architecture, to rolling out a comprehensive data product ecosystem which capitalizes on the data foundation that can enable sophisticated predictive models as well as generally a data driven culture within the organization.
• In Cloud Infrastructure, we manage teams in both Google Cloud and AWS that encompasses more traditional SRE responsibilities but takes on less traditional InfraOps responsibilities as well. This includes supporting our Platform Engineering endeavors and working closely with various parts of the business to ensure our customers are successful as well as assuring that our applications remain highly available, performant and highly scalable.

• Growing/Organizing teams globally and cross discipline to support infrastructure/application initiatives across our product portfolio.
• Leading evaluation, integration & takeover projects as a result of M&A roadmap, from initial due diligence, to technical deep dives, to final take overs and developing roadmap for appropriate stakeholders and technologies.
