Most digital transformations don’t fail loudly. They stall quietly! This happens not because the technology was flawed, but because digital value began to leak long before implementation started. I work with leaders to identify where and why digital investments fail to translate into unit economics, ROCE, or competitive advantage—even when the organization appears busy, modern, and well-funded. Across large enterprises, I see the same patterns repeat: a) Digital programs optimized for activity, not outcomes b) Multiple pilots without economic ownership c) Technology decisions made before strategic trade-offs are resolved d) Leadership teams aligned on ambition, but not on choices My work focuses on one question Where is digital value leaking in your organization today? I help leaders identify and address these leaks early—before they become sunk costs, credibility issues, or board-level frustration. How I typically engage : 1) Short, diagnostic-led conversations with senior leadership 2) Evidence-based assessment of where value is lost across strategy, data, governance, and execution 3) Clear prioritization of what to fix first—and what to stop doing I am particularly effective when: a) Digital spend is increasing, but outcomes aren’t b) The board is asking harder questions about ROI c) Technology teams are delivering, but the business isn’t seeing impact I don’t sell platforms. I don’t run pilots for the sake of progress. I help leaders see clearly, choose deliberately, and protect digital value before it leaks away.
