As CEO of Only Much Louder, I lead one of India's largest independent creative and entertainment business networks with $33 million+ revenue, 240 people, and campaigns across 26+ countries. My journey started in Jamshedpur, where I grew up in a Tata Steel-managed private township, dotted with parks, great schools, and amazing people. I lived the small-town life. My first career thought? Becoming a chef. But I dropped out of the course within two months. I shifted to Delhi, worked at McDonald's for three months, then found my true calling in advertising and marketing while at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Did my Master's at Manchester Business School. By 2010, I was at Parle Agro working on Frooti, then at Ducati and Royal Enfield. I joined OML in 2018 as one of the first 20-odd people. Today, we manage 90+ artists, run three agencies, produce shows and movies for OTT. We've five verticals: → MO (Creative agency): India's least boring creative agency. With the motto of ‘bury the boring,’ MO helps brands think like creators and be creative partners in that journey. We do TVCs and social content for brands like Canva, Flipkart, WhatsApp, and many more. → OML Artists: Leading talent agency, representing 90+ exclusive artists, including comedians, influencers, chefs, writers, directors, and more. → Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest growing influencer marketing agencies, specializing in data-driven solutions to connect brands with the right audiences. Active campaigns across 22 countries for brands like Patron, Bacardi, Canva, Ather, Durex, and more. → OML Studios: Productions studio with over 32 shows and 69 comedy specials across platforms. We produce for Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Disney Hotstar, and more. Including Comicstaan, Afsos, Laakhon Mein Ek, and more. → Sports Content Business: Making sports content entertaining for leagues, teams, athletes, and brands. Working with the Mumbai Indians, Haryana Steelers, World Pickleball League, and more. As we continue to grow, OML's focus is clear: we're pushing boundaries in new media, leading the charge in the creator economy, redefining advertising and branded content, and exploring a digital-first sports-entertainment universe.
