I am a Senior Engineering Leader with 20+ years of experience and bring deep expertise in driving quality strategies for delivering enterprise-grade products in the Cybersecurity domain. In my various roles in Tenable, Mcafee and Skyhigh Security, I have built-up teams from scratch and ensured to ship Quality products at scale. As a Sr. Mgr-Quality role in Tenable , I supervise 20+ QA engineers whose work spans across UI, Data and API layers that are supported by 50+ micro-services. I lead with empathy, focus on outcome-based work, and believe in metric-based systems that foster innovation and transparency. Since completing my AI specialization at IIM Bangalore in 2025, I have focused on transforming QA frameworks by deploying AI-assisted automation and sophisticated test analysis to improve organizational metrics.
