I’ve spent my career inside fast-growing startups and scale-ups, designing people systems that contribute directly to business growth. 🧠 How I think about People Ops I see people operations as core business infrastructure and care deeply about helping others understand the strategic advantage it can bring. When expectations are clear, managers are enabled, and communication is strong, teams move faster and make better decisions. When they’re not, ambiguity creeps in, managers hesitate, and the business pays for it in time, energy, and outcomes. ⚙️ How I build I approach people systems the same way product teams build software. Some of my key principles are keeping my work simple by default, shaped by real feedback, and designed to scale as the business grows. 📣 Why internal communication matters A big part of my work is internal communication which often gets overlooked. In the AI era, that human layer will only become a more important competitive advantage.
