Company without right people operating it does not really make sense and that's where the HR comes in to the picture in handling the important resource of the Organization i.e., people. People management is really a challenge by itself it requires lots of skill and patience to do it and when you succeed in this process you will never look back. For an HR everyday is different from the other as there is lots of learning involved and I consider myself a student who wants to learn more and make the best utilization of it.
