She is the former CEO of Digital Asset - provider of the leading enterprise smart contract language, DAML. She was previously a senior executive at J.P. Morgan for 27 years, where she was a member of the Corporate & Investment Bank Operating Committee and firmwide Executive Committee. Masters is a Board Member of FNZ Group, Symphony AI and Chair of JP Morgan Securities PLC. She is a former Board Member of GCM Grosvenor, Forge Global, CAIS, Santander Consumer USA, AP Moeller Maersk and Credit Suisse Group.
