• My role included leading teams of designers and programmers towards designing effective instructional content, analysing content and context, designing the macro flow and structure of content according to learning theories, develop storyboards and implement design specifications, interact closely with subject matter experts on technical and design issues, review, prepare, and finalise courses for delivery, and finally addressing client feedbacks/suggestions. I also conducted in-house training sessions with focus on standards, writing styles, and project orientation.
• I managed several Consumer Course Projects over their entire life cycle - from designing the content outline to client delivery. The courses had zero error. Received the Star Employee of the Month Award for January 2005 for this.
