I’m the founder of Cusmat, where we’re building AutoTechs AI to solve a growing service execution problem in automotive fixed operations. As vehicles become more complex and technician shortages continue to strain service capacity, too much time is lost when technicians get stuck, search through dense manuals, wait on support, or rely on tribal knowledge to complete repairs. AutoTechs AI converts complex OEM service documentation into visual, step-by-step repair guidance technicians can use directly on the shop floor. Our focus is to help service organizations reduce repair delays, improve technician productivity, shorten turnaround time, and recover unbilled labor hours. We are building for the US automotive market and are especially focused on dealership groups, OEM service organizations, and independent service networks that need to increase service capacity without depending only on more experienced technician hiring.
