I came up through hotel management. No MBA, no IIT, no startup pedigree. Just an early obsession with why people buy — and years spent reverse-engineering it. I build growth systems. Not campaigns — systems. The kind that compound: funnel diagnostics that tell you exactly where revenue is leaking, CRO processes that run as a continuous discipline (not a quarterly audit), and AI-native tooling that gives small growth teams the leverage of a 20-person operation. At Growisto, I lead growth and CRO strategy across 100+ D2C and e-commerce brands on Shopify and Adobe Commerce.
