Hi, I’m Sidharth Pansari! An entrepreneur and director at Primarc - a diverse group with interests spanning across realty, retail , angel investing, and e-retailing. From being a leader to a recruiter and change maker - I have successfully led Primarc to become a prominent player in various industries for the past 20 years. Our vision in real estate is to build communities that play, live, and celebrate together and not just construct buildings. STORY, our bookstore has been one of my most passionate and loved ventures. Furthermore, my entrepreneurial spirit has led me to engage , support and nurture startups with disruptive potential or those who can create tremendous positive impact. In 2016, to further my leadership capabilities, I completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard. It was a transformative experience that helped me drive meaningful changes at Primarc and meet amazing peers from across the globe. Additionally, I am honored to serve as the youngest President of CREDAI Bengal, where I collaborate with industry peers and Government Departments to drive initiatives that promote the growth and development of our sector. I’m driven by the belief that ‘together is progress’, real transformation happens when everyone wins and is united for a higher goal. When I’m not working, which according to my daughter is a rarity, you'll find me enjoying a book, traveling, and spending time with my family. As I continue to lead Primarc and engage in various ventures, I remain committed to driving positive change for everyone and making a lasting impact on the industries I touch.
