  • A KAM in TCI will be responsible for managing, growing, and retaining relationships with large or strategic clients (key accounts)& Specific responsibilities include:
  • 1. Account Strategy & Planning :
  • 🌟Develop individual account plans (for each key account) that map out revenue targets, service parameters, profitability, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation.
  • Understand each key client’s business model, supply chain needs; anticipate future requirements.
  • 🌟Align company’s offerings (warehousing etc.) to clients’ needs; customize solutions if needed.
  • 2. Client Relationship Management :
  • 🌟Maintain strong, long‐term relationships.
  • 🌟Ensure client satisfaction, prompt resolution of complaints.
  • 3. Revenue Growth & Business Development :
  • 🌟Upsell / cross‐sell additional transport/logistics / value‐added services to existing clients.
  • 🌟Identify new business opportunities within key accounts. Expand service lines.
  • 🌟Participate in tenders, Negotiate contracts, pricing terms.
  • 4. Operational Coordination & Delivery Oversight :
  • 🌟Coordinate with operations, dispatch, fleet, Transhipment, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • 🌟Monitor on‐time pickups / deliveries, safety, compliance.
  • 🌟Ensure contracts / SLAs are honoured.
  • 5. Financials & Payment / Collection / Billing :
