For 10+ years, I sold CNC machines, packaging equipment, office automation systems, and precision engineering tools for manufacturers across India. High-value capital equipment where the sales cycle runs long, the buyer is sceptical, and the only thing that closes a deal is the relationship you build before the pitch. That experience is the foundation of Trust-First Selling—a methodology I developed from thousands of real conversations with plant managers, procurement heads, and business owners who had heard every sales trick in the book and trusted none of them. What I bring to training rooms is not theory. It’s pattern recognition from 17 years of selling—what works when the buyer has budget but no urgency, when the competition is cheaper, when you’re the new vendor nobody has heard of. I’ve also spent over a decade as an independent resume writer, working with 6,000+ job seekers across India, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the Middle East.
