• Built a video-first dating product, rooted in abuse reduction that we called Sparked.
• 65% of women experience abuse on mainstream dating products, and traditional "swipe, match, DM" dating experiences are riddled with bias. Users of Sparked saw virtually no abuse. Sparked’s core product was embedded into Facebook Dating.

• Part & Parcel was a reimagined multi-level marketing company for plus size women offering community and economic opportunity. Funded by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Silicon Valley Bank, Poshmark Founder Manish Chandra, #Angels and others.
• As an extension of the company, in November of 2019 the team launched Part & Parcel Talent, the world's largest plus-size modeling agency.
• Part & Parcel lives on at Meta.

• I led Poshmark’s growth initiatives.
• As a very early employee, I identified expansion opportunities to grow Poshmark's top-line revenue. I led a cross functional team of brand partnership experts, product managers, engineers and data scientists to build and scale new business lines.
• By 2017 I managed five businesses: retail/new product, wholesale, plus size, mens and kids, encompassing half of the overall business.

• Hunters Alley was a marketplace to buy unique vintage, antique, and handcrafted pieces, sell well-loved items and get social while doing it. It was conceptualized and founded by the team behind One Kings Lane.
• I was the first full-time hire to Hunters Alley brought on to concept and launch the business. I worked with a cross functional team of product managers, engineers, marketing and PR professionals to take it through its first 6 months of life.

• Microsoft's Dynamics AX is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for enterprises. It provides comprehensive functionality including financials, human resources, and operations management.
• I was a business consultant for Dynamics AX and worked to implement the product with a technical team, across many Fortune 500 retail companies.

• Launched from my college dorm room, ThePearShape was a fashion platform founded in 2010 serving plus-size women - one of the first of its kind.
• Part & Parcel acquired ThePearShape in 2019.
