I’ve spent the last 15 years moving between animation frames, agency boardrooms, and startup chaos. I don't have a fancy 'process' and I’m definitely not an MBA. I just have a solid dislike for boring, safe choices (like dhoodh wali chai). My career has been a series of experiments in figuring out why people actually care about a brand. A few things I’ve actually done: 1. Scaled culture: Tripled a digital team from 15 to 50+ at a PR giant without losing the creative soul. 2. Scaled communities: Figured out the 'Social Voice' for Nokia India (1M to 7M+) before the playbook existed. 3. Built 0-to-1: From the first coffee cup at SLAY to humanising AI at Aftershoot and Caspr.ai. 4. Sold Art: Proved that an animation studio can double revenue if you’re willing to make 6 cold calls a day. I’m the guy you bring in when the "committee-approved" strategy feels dead. I have zero ego for the 'grunt work'. I’m just as happy writing a script as I am scouting a store location. I run things, I get shit done, and I try not to be a prick while doing it.

  • Started my journey at MSLGROUP as a lead for the content team across various brands like Whirlpool India, Pearl Academy, Rock N Shop, Sony India amongst others. Gradually, I started playing an active role in pitches and planning for various accounts and prospects.
  • In the year 2014, I lead one of the largest campaigns we had ever done - RB Mavericks Case Challenge (for Reckitt Benckiser). This was a 360 degree brand building program aimed at the leading MBA colleges across the country for RB's campus hiring. I was the project lead on this and worked with internal stakeholders across geographies and the project entailed social media content, community management, on ground activations, PR, website development, e-mailer outreach, offline collateral development, and the works.
  • The project was successful and I lead the account till 2017 where we also won the retainer for their corporate presence.
