As Managing Director and North America Lead for BCG Platinion, and Global Sector Leader for HR & POP Tech at Boston Consulting Group, I bring a unique perspective shaped by three career chapters: technologist, dealmaker, and transformation architect. My journey began in software engineering, where I built global systems across APAC, Europe, and the U.S., leading development for Citi and Philip Morris. From there, I transitioned into the world of M&A, working with EY and private equity clients to drive value creation through buy- and sell-side integrations. Today at BCG, I lead complex business and digital transformations across tech and HR technology, helping clients unlock growth and modernize operating models through technology, AI, and organizational innovation. I currently lead BCG’s HR and People Tech (POP Tech) sector globally, helping shape the future of talent platforms and workforce innovation. I also head BCG Platinion North American business—focused on delivering the "how" of transformation through deep tech expertise and engineering execution.
