• Responsible for preparing and coaching candidates for interviews. Capable of negotiating rates well on Corp to Corp/W2 positions.
• In depth understanding of H1B, TN Visa, EAD, OPT, CPT, GC holder, US Citizen.
• Well versed with job portals like Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. and use other recruiting tools like Recruiter Lite, Hiretual, etc.
• Familiarity with IT skills, terms and acronyms as well as ability to research on new and emerging technologies to gain a better understanding.
