I am a ServiceNow Developer Trainee at PMD Now Solutions with a strong foundation in software engineering and a background in Mechanical Engineering. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC) from CDAC, Hyderabad (2023). During the PG-DAC program, I gained hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, MySQL, and full-stack application development, while building a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. As part of my training, I developed and deployed multiple web-based projects focused on workflow automation and database management. Currently, at PMD Now Solutions, I am focusing on ServiceNow platform development, including application customization, workflow automation, and integration of ITSM processes to enhance business operations and efficiency. I am also expanding my knowledge in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and module configurations. I am passionate about creating scalable, efficient, and user-focused digital solutions. My goal is to advance as a certified ServiceNow developer and contribute to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable business value.
