Hey, I'm Sam, Founder & CEO @ Bilanc. Little bit about me is I have worked in tech for about 10 years, specifically in Data - everything from AI/ML Engineering to Analytics/Data Engineering. I was an IC first, then I was promoted into managing teams as small as 2 and big as 20 engineers. At the end of 2023, I decided to start my own thing - AI was exploding and I tried building a few different products. At the time, I was also managing a pretty big, amazing team at MoonPay - so I built something to help me become a better engineering leader. That's how Bilanc started, AI to help engineering leaders build amazing teams. Today we're helping dozens of engineering leaders build high-performing, happy teams.
