Conor Bronsdon — CEO
I help developers navigate the AI infrastructure shift through hands-on building, content, and community. As Head of Technical Ecosystem at Modular, I'm building developer programs for Mojo and the MAX inference platform. We're making AI infrastructure portable, performant, and open source. My work sits at the intersection of programming languages, ML systems, and developer experience, and I’m building an incredible team. I also created and host the Chain of Thought podcast, where I interview AI leaders from Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Databricks, Cohere, and dozens of other companies shaping how enterprises adopt AI. Previously, I built and co-hosted the Dev Interrupted podcast, growing it into a top-100 US technology podcast with 19,000+ email subscribers. I've been part of the AI/ML wave since 2018, while working at Microsoft. I'm also an active angel investor in AI infrastructure, developer tools, and enterprise AI applications. I back technical founders where I can add value through investor introductions, developer distribution, and content amplification. My non-traditional path into tech started in political organizing. I co-founded a political consulting firm that helped businesses communicate and elected clients, including Seattle Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal and former Washington State Lt. Governor Cyrus Habib. That background taught me that breakthrough technology requires clear messaging, battle-tested processes, and great teams–lessons I've carried into every role since. The seeds were planted earlier: building websites for online gaming clans I led as a teenager, then volunteering to refurbish computers for school labs across Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
