As the President of EO Jaipur, I am entrusted with guiding the Chapter’s strategic direction and ensuring its seamless operation. The role encompasses:
Leading the chapter through the board as the “Chairman of the Board”. Along with this, the key role is also to create, run and manage the board and board members and be a single point of contact with the global board.
Crafting the annual agenda and ensuring that the chapter has created and delivered value via Learning and Integration Events.
Monitoring the Chapter's health through various systems for both short-term and long-term strategy

Young Indians (Yi), an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led & management movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future. It was formed in the year 2002, and with over 3200 direct members in 54 chapters, and 29500 students YUVA members from colleges it has been steadily growing its operations across the demographics and geographics of the country.
I was appointed as the Chairman of the prestigious Yi Jaipur Chapter for the year 2018-2019 under which I undertook many pathbreaking and creative initiatives to positively impact as many people as possible. Listing a few highlights of my term as a Chairman:
Conceptualized a stand-alone initiative, Masoom, under which Yi Jaipur organized special workshops for 15000+ children to spread awareness against child sexual abuse.
Spearheaded the 5th edition of Jaipur by Nite, which was truly an edition of many firsts: 1st women car rally, 1st Cultural food festival and 1st heritage night marathon.
Organized Yi Sports League and Yi Box Cricket League.
Ideated and hosted the “Coffee with CEO” series to bring together the topmost CxOs from leading industries and businesses to share their journeys and mentor the Yi members.
