About

For more than 30 years, I have continually sought out the opportunity to help organizations show the world who they are. I have devoted my career to advising chief executives and building high-performing teams to create customer loyalty, enact cultural change, and manage largescale transformations in order to drive shareholder value. I joined HPE in 2018 to help an iconic innovator redefine its purpose and engage with stakeholders in new ways. Today, as the company’s Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, I lead a team of global marketers and communicators responsible for ensuring HPE’s value propositions are clear and differentiated, that new and immersive experiences bring to life the company’s innovation and purpose, and that the strength of the company’s brand advances its position as the essential partner for the AI era. For seven years prior to joining HPE, I led integrated communications for a number of businesses at Wells Fargo during a pivotal moment in the company’s history. Previously, I have served in former Governor Pete Wilson’s administration, counseled consumer and B2B corporate clients at two leading global communications agencies, and managed marketing communications for publicly-traded and privately-held organizations spanning multiple industry sectors including financial services, real estate, and technology. These diverse high-stakes experiences have shaped my ability to drive tangible organizational and business outcomes with both a sense of urgency and calm confidence. I am NACD Directorship Certified®, serve on the Board of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Foundation, and am a Trustee with the Arthur W. Page Society and the Institute for Public Relations. A proud University of Michigan graduate, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, two young adult sons, and our Golden Retriever Miles, who doubles as my personal fitness coach.
