Currently working closely with the Founder & CEO at Paytm as Operating Partner – Financial Services, helping shape the strategic roadmap for Paytm’s financial services ecosystem across payments, lending, wealth, and insurance. During this period, I also led the launch of the digital broking business, expanding the product stack across equities, derivatives, and wealth products. The company’s growth journey culminated in its acquisition by Groww in a ~$150M transaction. Earlier, I spent over a decade with Standard Chartered Bank, holding leadership roles across retail banking, products, and capital markets. This experience provided deep exposure to global banking standards in governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and digital banking transformation. I subsequently served as Chief General Manager & Head – Retail Banking at SVC Bank, leading the retail banking franchise with full P&L responsibility across deposits, retail assets, and customer channels. I began my career in capital markets and investment distribution with ICICI Bank and HDFC Securities. In addition to my operating roles, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Paytm subsidiaries, contributing to strategy, governance, and long-term business growth.
