Shailja Mittal — Co-Founder
I’m on a mission to change how we think about Men’s health - because silence shouldn’t be the default until there’s a crisis. Too often, men are taught to push through pain, downplay symptoms, and never talk about their health. But ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away - it makes it worse. And the ripple effects show up everywhere: in relationships, confidence, careers, and the people who care about them. When I saw someone’s marriage fell apart because of an untreated health issue he couldn’t even talk about - that moment changed everything for me. I realized the real problem isn’t just medical - it’s cultural. Men need more than quick fixes - they need real, root-cause solutions and a safe space to take charge of their health. That’s why I started RxMen - to tackle the silent epidemic of neglected men’s health. What began with sexual wellness quickly expanded into a bigger vision: helping men take charge of their overall well-being - without fear, shame, or confusion. RxMen is more than a brand. It’s a movement to break myths, remove stigma, and make it okay for men to speak up, seek help, and stay well.
