Looking operations of 108, 104, & Base Ambulance services in 2 Districts. Monitoring through web based Applications- For case assigning & for GPS tracking. Provide IT Solution- Provide solution to field team for case closing, New updates for GPS locations, closely work with IT team for giving end solution. Fleet Management System- Managing 71 Fleets directly with the support of 4 executive’s team. Also ensure to be get service schedule through proper resource planning, achieve kmpl target, fuel reconciliation, policy & procedures pertaining to Fleets. HR Part & Duty roster- Address & interact with team of 290 employees directly & indirectly in the zone, understand their personal grievances & give solution. Assist for duty if needed. Capacity building- Ensure to enhance the same through SOP and defined guidelines by the organization, includes training, skills adaptability in employees, new guidelines by govt, utilization of resources, maximize outcome. Data Management & Analysis- Arrange data of all the districts as per defined parameters, finding the gaps, make corrective planning with team & enforcement. Project Management- Follow the key objectives as per SOP, and make initiatives with team to achieve the parameters. Audit & Quality visit- Ensure to visit the ambulances, & done the quality field visit into health centres/facilities. Stakeholders liaisoning & District/blocks visits- As per PJP scheduled, meeting with collector, CMHO, CS, BMO (all health authorities) & analysis on current issues, gaps if there regarding to services, also planning for upgrade it. Operation Management- Act like a problem solver, & provide specific solution related to any of the department from Top to bottom related to fleet/supply chain/HR/Audit/call centre/marketing/operation issues. Training- Schedule training of employees, health workers & other medical staff in Hospitals.
