I’ve spent the last decade working closely with founders and leadership teams at high-growth consumer internet companies in India, including Zomato, Blinkit, Gabit, and CARS24. My work has largely sat at the intersection of strategy, communications, and culture, helping companies navigate scale, change, and moments of inflection. This has included brand transitions, rapid expansion, internal alignment, crisis response, and shaping narratives as organizations grew from early scale to large, multi-city, multi-team operations. I’ve had the opportunity to work in founder-led environments across food delivery, quick commerce, mobility, and consumer health, gaining a first-hand view into how consumer marketplaces in emerging markets are built, scaled, and sustained. Today, I work independently with founders, leadership teams, and global research and consulting firms, offering an operator’s perspective on growth, decision-making, and communication at scale.
