This includes everything from architecting a lead-scoring algorithm at OYO-Weddingz to increase conversion by 6%, to using K-Means clustering at Transak to diagnose the root cause of Google Pay failures by analyzing cancellation reasons. 🔹 Growth and Conversion Optimization: Systematically improving complex funnels through rigorous A/B testing and user analysis. A key achievement was overhauling Transak's mandatory FCA compliance flow in the UK. By implementing real-time decisioning and simplifying the UX, we boosted "KYC-to-Order" conversion from 35% to nearly 50%, unlocking over $2M in annualized GTV. 🔹 0-to-1 Product Innovation: Leading new products from discovery to scale. At ZestMoney, I led the 0-to-1 launch of a BNPL Bill Payments product. The discovery was driven by a "cash flow mapping" analysis of user spending, and the product scaled to ~$6M in annualized GTV while providing valuable non-traditional data signals for the company's core underwriting models.
