If I had to pick one word to describe myself, it’d be driven. Most of my background is in B2C sales, where I learned how to really listen and solve problems, not just close deals. One moment I’m proud of was helping a Virgin Media customer through a tricky situation — instead of just processing a cancellation, I found a solution that worked for everyone and even brought in a new customer. Now, I’m shifting into B2B SaaS sales because I’m curious about how tech helps businesses grow. I’m learning the ropes of being an SDR — writing cold emails, using tools and exploring how AI is changing sales. I’m looking to join a supportive, fast-paced team where I can keep learning, contribute, and build a career in SaaS.
