Nearly three decades with Lufthansa and Hyatt shaped my understanding of leadership, loyalty, and people-driven growth. On paper, it looked complete. Inside, I knew it wasn’t. There was a deeper pull to build communities, create impact, and hold space for real conversations.That pull became my second act.✨ SecondAct is where I create safe, transformative spaces through workshops, retreats, podcasts, and conversations. Spaces where people pause, reflect, unlearn, and redesign lives that feel more authentic and aligned. It’s less about fixing and more about remembering who you are beneath the noise.✨ Pedal On , our social arm , grew from the same intention, but with a strong grounding in wellbeing and livelihood. It is a community-led initiative that works with underprivileged women focusing on skilling, sustainability, and dignity through meaningful work. Confidence, resilience, and financial independence aren’t outcomes here; they’re the starting point. What connects SecondAct and Pedal On is a single belief: growth has to be human, inclusive, and rooted in lived reality not just aspiration. Along this journey, I’ve also had the privilege of leading INK Women, a platform committed to amplifying women’s voices and leadership. While I’ve since stepped away from that role, the experience deeply shaped my understanding of ecosystems, allyship, and what it truly takes for women to rise together. My second act is not about titles anymore.It’s about impact.It’s about building spaces where women can thrive, honestly, courageously, and on their own terms.Because the future isn’t just about opportunity.It’s about who gets to shape it and how consciously we choose to show up.
