a) Thirty six years of experience in Policing in the areas of Human resource management, Recruitment and training, Investigation of Crime, Maintenance of Law & Order, Gender related crime investigation, Community Policing and Trans-national Crime control while posted at various places during the service. b) Worked in the UN Mission in Kosovo as Deputy Chief Internal Investigation Wing. c) Certified consultant in training needs assessment d) Handled the Basic Course of IPS probationers at the National Police Academy and taught Law (Indian Penal Code) to them. e) Headed the SSB Training Academy at Srinagar, Garhwal and started the first Basic Course for Directly appointed Asst commandants. Headed the Academy at Gwaldam which housed the Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare school and the Mountaineering Wing at Gwaldam. f) Represented India at the UN Hqrs New York at the Policy dialogue for enhancing the participation of women in Peacekeeping. g) Papers presented by me (i) Transparent Recruitment Policy mandated to be implemented across all states UTs in India by the Govt of India. (ii) CAREPOL – welfare of police for National Police Mission for implementation across India. (iii) Gender sensitisation training module for police officers for National Commission for Women. (iv) Creating gender friendly infrastructure and policies for police. (v) Published a book on Human Trafficking - A Vision Document. (vi) Modular training for Indian Police Service officers using integrated training methodology. (vii) Technology introduced and implemented in policing – mySSB App, E-TAS (Transfer Administration System), PIMS (Personnel Information System) and multiple softwares on Pension, training and deputation; Writ Management Software; e-TRP, OTR, Case Management Software, LMS, to name a few.
