Prashant Gupta — CEO
8 years ago I joined AWS when cloud was still new to most enterprises. I wanted to see that shift from the inside. And I did. I joined DevRev in October 2025 for the same reason. AI is at a similar point. I wanted a front row seat, not a commentary box. Here is what I see from where I sit: AI transformation has to happen at two levels at once. At the organisation level, becoming AI-native is not a just technology project. It runs as deep as culture. It shows up in how teams are structured, how decisions get made, who owns what. Most organisations are far behind on this, and the distance is growing. At the individual level, the roles and responsibilities of a true AI-era workplace are maybe three to five years out. Nobody knows exactly what they will look like. But the people using AI seriously today are building a lead that will matter when AI-native companies start hiring for AI-first instincts. That window is open now. I am learning about both. For leaders trying to work out what AI means for their organisation, and for themselves.
