I’m a founder, interior design entrepreneur and seasoned project delivery leader with over 20 years of experience managing complex projects across Information Technology, Enterprise Telecom and BPO industries. As the Founder of HauzInterior, I bring the same operational excellence, client focus and delivery rigor that defined my corporate career into the world of affordable, high-quality interior design. HauzInterior was born from my vision to make professional interior design accessible to homeowners, carpenters and interior designers — offering scalable design solutions that blend creativity with operational efficiency. Before founding HauzInterior, I honed my leadership across global delivery roles serving clients in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and the USA. I led cross-functional IT and engineering teams across PHP, AWS Development, IVR, .NET, PMO, and DBA functions, fostering collaboration across India and international teams. My strengths lie in managing multicultural teams, stakeholder relationships, agile and waterfall projects, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. I’ve successfully set up and scaled IT development, PMO and process transition teams in India, gaining a reputation for being extremely focused, detail-oriented and proactive in solving complex challenges. This foundation in building and optimizing delivery teams is now fueling HauzInterior’s growth as we expand our client base and team capabilities.
