These are your Research Objectives. Those research objectives lead to custom questions and reports that are aligned with business objectives! Find out why you’re losing winnable deals: I’d focus a lot on who your inputs are. 1. Recent Buyers, 2. Lost Prospects. 3. Target Buyers (people who went with a competitor but didn’t evaluate you) 4. Former employees of competitors. Take Recruitment Seriously: Most teams send a single email with a $10 Starbucks gift card. We’ve got a 20-day playbook of texts, calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails, and compensate $85-$200+ for a 30-minute call. This is the fuel for your research.
