I am a senior Digital Transformation & People Development leader with nearly two decades of experience in People Development, Digital Acceleration, Innovation, Organisational Design, Digital Transformation, Business Growth and Change Management. My formative career was spent with leading global consultancies, BCG and A.T. Kearney, where I designed and delivered major strategy, business and organisational engagements for the world’s largest FMCG organisations. In 2013, I joined Nestlé as Global Head of Innovation where I oversaw BIG innovation opportunities, delivering many new business models and products to market. Subsequently, I was appointed Global Head of Leadership Development in a new role which has enabled me to build a world-class Leadership Development function across all Nestlé’s markets and businesses, and finally I oversaw Nestlé Nutrition’s Sales & Digital business in Zone Americas. In 2019, I joined the Swiss Education Group as VP of Professional Education, NBD and strategic Partnerships. Recently, I joined EHL as Director of the Growth Office, a function gathering the growth of our people (People / HR office and People development), and the growth of our Business (Marketing, our offices in China and India, Business architecture and our campus in Singapore).
