Alexia is an innovative leader and recently published a new book “Stealing Back™ TIME” in which she challenges the status quo by redefining time management and operational efficiency: helping leaders achieve more by doing less. An impactful corporate Board Member and Board Advisor for public and private companies around the world. Alexia led global reporting for VFS into the publicly traded AB Volvo board of directors and was vetted and approved by the Royal Bank of India for appointment to the board of directors of VFS India. As senior European counsel for CHC Helicopter Corp, Alexia held several directorships including Board Director of their primary operational company in Europe and as company secretary to the group’s external European board. Alexia has been a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors since 2020. Nonprofit & Entrepreneurial Leadership: Alexia was a Co-Founder of regional nonprofit organization, Triad International Ballet, and served as Executive Director since its inception in 2021 until early 2025 structuring and growing the company to a sustainable operation and helping to drive corporate and public fundraising. In addition, she is the Founder of her own publishing, coaching & consulting company, Maas Leadership LLC. And last, but not least, before becoming a lawyer, Alexia was a professional ballet dancer!
