I am an Engineering Manager at PhonePe, India's Payment App! Today, I manage the engineering team behind the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Together, we unlock potential value for merchants by providing ease of integration, support for multiple payment instruments, providing key capabilities like Subscriptions and Saved cards and focus on providing the best in business Success Rates. Previously, I managed the Bill Payments engineering team enabling digital bill payments for everyone, anywhere. I delivered several key projects like Scheduled Bill Payments, eChallan and Tuition fee payments, Precise and timely Reminders for pending bills with my team in the last few years, making PhonePe the best in class App for our customers, all the while driving significant revenue for my organisation. At the same time, I continue to manage careers of my engineers, grow and mentor senior as well as junior engineers and help them remain impactful throughout their journey. Past: 11 years of experience in Product Life cycle Management (PLM) Software Development out of which 4 years as a Software Engineering Manager.
