• Initially I was assigned a few customers to handle for the PA module & guide them, but later I was moved into PM role. I spoke to different customers gathering their requirements & learnt how to be implemented in our product without affecting the existing user base.
• Many new & exciting features were researched, competitor products were analyzed & discussed through among the other PM's. I helped the customers resolve issues they had in PA, also acting as a support agent also their requirements were gathered.
• Many competitors was examined, leaning more about PA, how various companies evaluate their employees such as Google's OKR, continuous assessment, KRAs, Goals, Normalization were learnt. I paid visits to customers to get their existing model of PA to onboard them to ZP.
• I was very keen on the UI/UX part of the web app & spent much time on dribble / Behance to know about how world revolved around the smooth user experience. I also kept tabs on new windows ranging from design blogs from airbnb, instagram, facebook. Airbnb's was the best.
• Normalization was the last feature I worked on as PM of PA,ZP. I learnt from various sources, read varied articles on Forbes & many other views then I concluded,
• Normalization / Bell Curve / Relative method for evaluating employees SUCKS.

• During the FT in ZP, I worked under 2 separate modules - Files & Integration, Performance Appraisal.
• FT introduced me to integrations, I successfully finished integration of ZP & Zoho Sign. ZS is an home-brewed e-signature solution of Zoho in competition to Docusign & Adobe Sign. My team have already implemented the DS & AS for ZP. I had ready to go platform and & did the integration with a span of 3 months. I juxtaposed both the integrations for reference & API concepts were learnt to the depth along with session handling.
• Once done with ZS, for some period of time I also worked on LMS module, that being a short stint I sooner got shifted to the huge "Performance Appraisal" module.
• PA was huge & we didn't have all the features on our mobile app. I along with mentoring by my friends, implemented a first cut APIs for mobile for viewing the KRAs, Skills, Goals, also options / APIs were provided to add/edit the same.

• I worked on Zoho's HR product called "Zoho People". Intern days were all up-to leaning the product from top-down. I was placed under "Files & Integration" of ZP. Learnt the technologies used & did some minor works in span of 2months,
• 1. Made minor changes to Files API extending to V2 from XML response to JSON.
• 2. Implemented Geo & IP based restrictions to files module which was already done for other modules.
